The first Borneo Bird Festival is being held from the 13th to the 15th of October 2009. It is an international festival that will welcome many foreign visitors to the festivities. Bird watching enthusiasts will be able to make the most of the festival, as Sabah has more than five hundred different bird species. Exotic bird species from around the world will be on display, and the festival will also host workshops, bird racing events, competitions and photography exhibitions.

Big Bend Bird Club Exotic Bird Fair and Festival 2009

The 20th Annual Big Bend Bird Club Bird Fair and Festival will kick off on the 29th of August 2009 and offers two days of birding fun for the entire family. Not only will there be a wonderful exotic bird exhibition, but great food stalls, vendors selling a large variety of bird related products, educational activities and thrilling events for children to enjoy. The Big Bend Bird Club Exotic Bird Fair and Festival is truly a birding extravaganza that should not be missed by bird lovers.

Exotic Bird Fair 2009

Jacksonville will once again come alive with color and exotic beauty at the 2009 Exotic Bird Fair which is being hosted by Amazon Exotics and Deviney Enterprises for the forth year running. Once again visitors to this wonderful event can look forward to a great variety of birds on display, competitions, breeders, tasty concession booths and vendors selling everything from toys, nutritional products and even jewelry for owners and their beloved pets.

SCVCEBC 48th Annual Cage Bird Show 2009

Bird lovers are advised not to miss the 48th Annual Cage Bird Show which is hosted by the Santa Clara Valley Canary and Exotic Bird Club on the 12th of December 2009. Hundreds of bird will be on display and well known judges will be walking through the cages, determining winners in the various categories. Some of the birds exhibited include finches, cockatiels, canaries and budgies. While some birds will be judged on the color others will be singing for first prize.
