Baths & Stands
Bird baths are greatly appreciated by garden birds. Birds will use a bird bath to bathe and to drink from. There are many designs of bird baths and stands available so that you can select one to fit in with your garden and taste. Bird baths may be as simple as a concrete bowl or very ornate.
Birds especially enjoy fountain bird baths as they can splash around under the water. Some bird baths are even heated so as not to freeze over in the winter months. Bird bath stands also come in many designs. It is best to get a taller stand so that cats cannot get to the birds. Whichever bird bath you decide to purchase remember to keep it clean for the good health of the birds.
