Feeding on nectar.
Neotropical Migration
Migration to South America
Nestling
A young bird that is still in the nest.
Nidifugous
Describes young birds which are able to leave the nest soon after hatching.
Nocturnal
Describes birds which are active during the night.
Non-Breeding Migrant
Migrating birds which do not breed in your country. For example, if you live in South Africa and a certain bird migrates to your country but does not breed there, it is a non-breeding migrant.
