2010 BOAF Bird Show

The annual BOAF Bird Show will be hosted for one day only, on 23 October 2010, at the All Dogs Gym in Manchester. Birds will still be on sale at the bird fair, with breeders at the vendors tables, as the Bird Sales Room will not be available at this year’s show. There will be an array of bird related products on sale at the fair, such as nutrition, toys, cages and bird accessories. The best in show judging competition will take place throughout the day, with winners being announced in the afternoon, at the awards ceremony.

Falsterbo Bird Show 2010

Tropicana Bird Show 2010

When in Las Vegas, birding enthusiasts should not miss out on the opportunity to see Meko, Mango, Mariah and Dorothy perform live, with bird trainer Tiana Carroll. This colorful and highly entertaining group, has audience members in fits of laughter and amazement, as Meko (Congo-African Grey Parrot) and Dorothy (Yellow-Nape Amazon), perform their duet version of How Much is That Doggie In The Window. Meko (Moluccan Cockatoo), shows off his rollerblade and motorbike skills, while Mariah (Green-Winged Macaw) assists Tiana throughout the show.

The show takes place at the Tropicana, at 11 am, 12:30 pm and again at 2 pm. It is an exotic bird show for the entire family to enjoy.

San Jose Bird Mart 2010

From 9 am to 3 pm, on 18 April 2010, the San Jose Bird Mart will be hosted in the Santa Clara Fairgrounds. It is an event for the entire family to enjoy, and is a wheelchair friendly event. This birding event will offer a host of products for visitors to purchase, such as cages, novelty gifts, nutrition and toys. There will of course also be a number of colorful exotic birds for visitors to marvel at, and is the ideal event to find a new member for the family. The San Jose Bird Mart is free to children under the age of five, with adult tickets being $8 and children between the ages of six to twelve paying $2.

Midwest Bird Expo 2010

The Midwest Bird Expo 2010, will be held in the Kane County Exhibition Hall on 22 May 2010, and is an event that all bird lovers should attend. Sydney Royal Cage Bird Show 2010

Bird owners and breeders will be displaying their most prized birds at the Sydney Royal Cage Bird Show 2010, in the hope of winning this years’ prize. Entries for the show closed on 20 January, and visitors to the show can prepare themselves for a spectacular day of birds and tough competition. Different judges have been brought in to judge under the various categories, such as Colin Isbister for the African Lovebirds, Mr. J. Baker and Mr. A. MacCauley for Budgerigars, Mr. P. Southgate and Mr. J. Farr for Canaries and Mr. A. St Clair for Parrots.
