		<description>I agree, it is heartbreaking when you lose your pet! Often it is impossible for pet owners to find their birds again and it is just so sad that some shelters only give the animals a certain amount of time before they have to &#039;make way&#039; for other animals! My advice would be to hang on to the bird for as long as possible. Attempting to find the owners and, failing that, sell or give the bird to professionals! Its nice to see an article like this, I&#039;m sure most people would be too surprised to know what to do in this situation.</description>
